Lumira are exclusively partnering with a high-growth, Series B Digital Mental Health company in the U.S. to appoint a Vice President of Product Strategy & Development. Reporting to the CTO and Founder, this leader will define and execute the company's product vision, roadmap, and innovation strategy as the business enters its next phase of growth.
Role Overview
This executive will lead the product organization, driving strategy, development, and execution across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and has a proven ability to scale products, teams, and processes in high-growth environments
What you will do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and product development across the organization
- Define and execute a long-term product vision aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Operations teams to deliver impactful products
- Drive product innovation through customer insights, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making
- Lead product portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and go-to-market planning
- Build and develop a high-performing product team and scalable operating processes
- Represent the product function in executive, board, investor, and strategic partner discussions
What we are looking for
- Senior product leadership experience within technology, SaaS, digital health, fintech, or other high-growth environments
- Proven track record of scaling products and product organizations through growth stages
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams
- Experience translating customer and market needs into successful product strategies
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Passion for building innovative products that deliver measurable business and customer impact
