About the Facility * Level IV Trauma Center * 18-bed emergency department with approximately 22,000 annual visits * Physicians see approximately 1.7 patients per hour with an 11% admission rate * Supported by 26 hours of daily physician coverage and 20 hours of APC coverage * EMR: MediTech * Robust specialty backup including anesthesiology, cardiology, ENT, gynecology, hematology/oncology, internal medicine, interventional radiology, and more Leadership Opportunity * Assistant facility medical director role with dedicated administrative responsibilities * Partner closely with the facility medical director to support departmental operations, physician engagement, quality initiatives, patient experience, and overall emergency department performance * Help mentor physicians and APCs while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture * Opportunity to develop leadership skills within one of the nation's leading emergency medicine organizations Position Details * W2 employed position * Base rate + RVU compensation model * Additional monthly administrative stipend * Lucrative sign-on bonus * Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage * Comprehensive benefits and health insurance Candidate Requirements * ABEM board certified * Minimum of two years of post-residency EM experience preferred * Prior leadership experience preferred but not required * Active clinical practice within the last 12 months * ACLS, PALS, and ATLS (expired certifications accepted) Interested in learning more?
