A local company with a facility in the Commerce, Michigan area is currently seeking several Jr. Inside Sales Specialists for long-term, Direct-Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Jr. Inside Sales Specialists that are looking for a company that offers excellent management, career growth, training and development, competitive rates, and generous commissions.
Jr. Inside Sales Specialists will be working full-time, with a salary anticipated to start at $45,000 based on each candidate's experience, as well as generous uncapped commission opportunity . All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, vision, commissions, and more.
Qualified Jr. Inside Sales Specialists will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- 1+ year of recent / relevant sales experience is essential. Could be mortgages, business services, etc.
- Experience with technology- particularly IT related systems is a benefit, but not essential. Must be able to quickly learn.
- Bachelor Degree is required.
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
