Three hours a day, 10am to 1pm, Monday to Friday. Your pay never depends on hitting a number. We are also filming a series about this run, so you will be on camera.

WHERE THIS LEADS The 11 paid days are a tryout, for you and for us. At the end there are 10 permanent positions. This crew is also where we build our delivery driver roster, so there is ongoing work here for people who want it - canvassing, driving, or both. Performance during the run is measured for everyone, and those results decide who is offered a spot.

PAY AND SCHEDULE

• $23.00 per hour, paid weekly. Guaranteed, and never reduced for missing a target.
• 3-hour shifts, 10am to 1pm.
• Up to 11 paid days: 1 paid training day plus 10 paid field days.
• Paid training Tuesday, August 25. Field work runs August 31 to September 10.
• Training time and travel between buildings during your shift are paid.

WHAT THE JOB IS Real conversations in people's buildings. You explain how Groupr works, answer questions, and walk someone through an order on their phone. We will ask you to hit sign-up goals, and we will tell you what those goals are before you start. The closest thing to this job is campaign canvassing.

REQUIRED

• A smartphone you can use during your shift.
• Comfortable starting a conversation with someone you have never met.
• Willing to sign a photo and video release. We are filming this program.

PREFERRED

• You know Castle Hill, Soundview or the Bronx River area.
• Enough Spanish to hold a conversation at a door. You do not have to be perfect.
• A driver's license and access to a car. Both earn more and both are required for our permanent driver positions.
• Previous canvassing, community organizing or door-to-door experience.
