MA-C is REQUIRED, will not accept MA-R. Confirm with hiring manager during interview.) - Start Date: ASAP - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Shift: 5x8hr Days, 0800-1730 (Mon-Fri, no weekends or holidays, no call) - Years of Experience REQ: At least 6 months of experience working as an MA in an adult outptient clinic is REQUIRED. - First-Timers Accepted: Yes - Weekend REQ: No; Schedule is Monday - Friday - Certs REQ: BLS - Is on-call REQ? No - Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Possibly, as needed within skillset to cover for another provider - Open to accommodating block schedule? No - Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate - Pending License Accepted: No, MA-C in-hand REQUIRED at time of signature - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) SPECIAL NOTES - Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation (NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION) as they will be expected to float between clinics throughout the week. - Candidate is expected to have no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. - Last patient is 5pm - This Internal Medicine clinic currently staffs 7 providers (up to 8 in the Fall) - MA will see up to 16 patients for a full day - Opportunity to join the clinic permanently at the end of the contract if all goes well.
