Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required with 6 weekend shifts per schedule period. Patient ratio 1:2.

• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted (must be obtained prior to start date)
• 24-36 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state; pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with ICU patient ratio experience
• Current certifications: ACLS and BLS (required); NIHSS preferred
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, and blood product administration
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP, continuous IV sedation, dysrhythmia management, and ABG interpretation
• Float capability to similar units (medical-surgical, step-down, PCU, ER, CVICU) with maximum 4-patient ratio when floating
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
