Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87109

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Rotating weekends required. 2:1 patient ratio.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a 32-bed intensive care unit
• First-time travelers welcome with 2 years of ICU experience preferred
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and phlebotomy
• Opportunity to work with diverse critical care patient populations including ARDS, sepsis, post-operative complications, and surgical high-risk cases
• 12-hour onsite orientation with unit-specific training
• Epic charting system experience preferred

Requirements:

• Active RN license (NM or Compact; pending license accepted if obtained prior to start)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred
• Experience with 2:1 patient ratios
• Float to similar units as needed based on facility requirements
• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility location
• LTAC and Trauma Level II experience preferred; charge experience preferred
• Proficiency with critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, CRRT, and central line care
