Child Trauma MAT Assessor Therapist — In‑Home & School

Counseling4Kids seeks a MAT Assessor Therapist to provide in‑office, in‑home, and school‑based specialty mental health services to children in designated service areas. The MAT Assessor will document in EXYM and meet weekly productivity targets while following DMH guidelines. The role serves infants to teens, emphasizing trauma‑informed care and collaboration with families and the clinical team.
