Cardiovascular Technologist (SEIU) – Contract

Location: California 93405
Pay: $2,545 – $2,851

• Day Shift

• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• 3 x 12-hour shifts (Monday, Thursday, Friday)

• May cover vacations as needed

• Call: 2 days per week + every other weekend

• Perform adult echocardiography and vascular ultrasound studies

• Conduct M-Mode, 2-D, and Doppler echo with analysis

• Perform vascular studies (arterial/venous Doppler, carotid, ABI)

• Assist with non-invasive cardiovascular procedures and diagnostics

• Monitor patients and adapt care to age-specific needs (adult/pediatric)

• Maintain accurate documentation and support physician needs

Education & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years experience in cardiac and/or vascular sonography (Required)

• Pediatric echo experience (Preferred)

• Fetal echo experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• RDCS (Required)

• RVT or RVS (Required)

• Pediatric Echocardiography (PE) (Required)

• BLS (Required)

• CCI-RCS or equivalent (Required)

• ARDMS-PE or CCI-RCCS (Required)

• Fetal Echocardiography (FE) (Preferred)

• Perform tilt table tests, stress tests, and Holter monitoring

• Stay current with cardiovascular imaging technologies

• Assist with training and mentoring staff

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Strong technical and analytical skills in echo and vascular imaging

• Ability to take call and support weekend coverage
