Based in New York, NY, we're a premier litigation firm representing clients in high-stakes commercial disputes, complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, and sophisticated real estate transactions. We're seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience who is ready to take ownership of their cases, contribute to a powerhouse team, and build a lasting litigation career.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
- Develop and execute case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
- Draft reports, evaluations, and recommendations with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active New York bar license required
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or business litigation
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
