Customer Service & Sales Representative

Location: Remote within Shentel’s footprint in Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kentucky, and Ohio Schedule: Full-time What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—helping solve problems, answer questions, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value. This role combinescustomer service and sales, giving you the ability to directly impact both customer experience and your earning potential. Compensation & Earning Potential: Base Pay:$15+ per hour Commission Opportunity with Multipliers Estimated Total Earnings:$42,000–$60,000+ annually Top Performers earn around $80,000 - $100,000 annually Schedule Expectations: We know that work-life balance is important to you and your family!
