What you will be doing Conduct inventory cycle counts and physical inventory programs. Compile, verify and report daily and/or periodic statistical information to detect trends and improve overall inventory health. Research variances to determine appropriate root cause, whether process or behavior, and log the information for operational review. Count and reconcile randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations. Assist in execution of projects and make recommendations for process improvement to appropriate leaders. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalency. Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training. Experience operating a forklift. PC literate with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to research, track issues through the WMS system and make logical conclusions as to the root cause of defects. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
