Project Analyst

Primary Responsibilities: Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and requirements in order to deliver analysis and reports as needed Establishes effective working relationship with client Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs Clearly articulates ideas and thoughts verbally Accurately prepares written business correspondence (to include presentations) that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, and professional All other duties as assigned Field Experience: At least 2 years of client interface experience required (ex: technical sales, consulting, product management, client management, or business development) At least 2 years of experience in a position requiring data or business analysis Required Skills: Must have high proficiency in creating meaningful reporting data as well as documenting business requirements to support the same. Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Beginner to Intermediate SQL skills, should be able to build and/or existing modify queries. Ability to create reports on Power BI (Preferred, but not required.
