Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Murfreesboro, TNFacility: Ascension Saint Thomas RutherfordDepartment: Labor and DeliverySchedule: Full-Time | NightsHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleClinical Governance: Executing direct nursing care while upholding strict organizational standards and medical protocols.Case Management & Monitoring: Actively implementing care plans, tracking patient progress, and documenting clinical changes in real-time.Interdisciplinary Leadership: Serving as the central point of contact to ensure seamless communication between all healthcare disciplines.Continuity of Care: Proactively assessing and organizing the resources needed for a safe and successful patient discharge.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
