Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician – Connecticut
A large, integrated nonprofit health system in Connecticut is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join its growing primary care team. Multiple locations available throughout the state. Position highlights include 100% outpatient primary care, an adults-only patient population (18+), a Monday–Friday schedule with an optional 4-day workweek, minimal phone-only call (2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months), and H1B sponsorship available. Compensation and benefits include a $255,000–$355,000 base salary, uncapped wRVU bonus potential ($50,000–$70,000+ annually), sign-on bonus and residency stipend options, and 6+ weeks paid time off. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance, loan repayment assistance, and a relocation package are also provided.
