Job Description Job Description About the role: Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our growing team in Hartwell, GA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support with daily living — all from the comfort of their own home. Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers and ambulation Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans Requirements: Prior experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a related caregiving role preferred Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals Ability to follow detailed care plans and document observations accurately Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to client homes in the Hartwell, GA area Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional attitude Must be able to pass a background check CPR/First Aid certification is a plus About Us: Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized in-home care services that empower clients to live safely and independently.
