Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues. Be a passionate guest advocate, authentic and fun in your interactions. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service. Create personal connections with guests to make technology simple. Our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of at least 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Sick time is accrued per state law specifications. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November–December, and/or peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment.
