Restaurant Manager

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As our ideal candidate you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high‑volume establishment. You must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, service and food quality, and profitability. Hire and train new staff members, create schedules, and manage inventory. Maintain high‑quality service and food standards. Ensure profitability and manage budgets. Handle high‑pressure situations. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management. Fluent in English. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations. Experience with budgeting and inventory management. Ability to handle high‑pressure situations. Salary and Benefits This full‑time position offers a salary of $1,500 per month and accommodation for employees if needed.
