Senior CNC Lathe Machinist Staff Experts, LLC is a highly specialized full-service Staffing & Recruiting Firm. We specialize in staffing in the areas of Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Aerospace & Defense, Administrative-Accounting-Finance, Call Center Operations, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Skilled Trades and Logistics. Staff Experts, LLC is currently seeking to fill several CNC Machinist positions. Our client is looking for a Senior CNC Lathe Machinist. The ideal candidate would have experience in the aerospace, defense, space transportation, medical and IT industries. Candidate must be familiar with AS 9100 and ISO standards. Candidate must employ a high degree of workmanship and precision in performing work according to standards, specifications, and work instructions. Machinist must be able to set up tools in a CNC machine properly, accurately measure dimensions, read blueprints, operate machinery, and must be able to work in a team environment. Required Skills/Abilities Experienced setting-up and operating CNC Lathes Strong knowledge of application of GD&T, blueprints, and specifications Strong attention to detail Expert skill in precision measuring equipment Proficient ability to read blueprints, measure dimensions, and check accuracy supporting aerospace industry Minimum 5 years of work experience within Aerospace Industry Experience machining polymer plastics
