Multiple positions for CNC Lathe/Mill Set Up/Operator. Looking to hire ASAP
This is a 1st shift position, working 40-50 hours per week with occasional Saturdays. Normal working hours are Mon-Fri 7 am to 3:30 pm. Hours could be adjusted to fit your schedule if hired. Must be in Arizona. Looking to setup interviews and fill a few positions with a start date of ASAP. Immediate opening for day shift:- CNC Lathe/Mill Set Up / Operator.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Strong mechanical background.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints & other mechanical drawings.
- Working knowledge of geometry and mathematics.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong CNC Lathe/mill knowledge.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience.
- Must have your own tools.
Functions:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathes/Mills.
- Organize and set up an inspection to monitor parts.
- Maintain a clean machine & working area.
Work ethic:
- Team player.
- Work with others to use everyone's strong points and abilities.
- Earn respect and give respect.
- Take pride in your work and have a sense of ownership.
- Must be reliable
EDM and Waterjet experience a bonus, but not required
Benefits include paid holidays, employer paid insurance and vacation time that accrues after 90 days.
