With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathe machines to produce precision components according to specifications.Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments to maintain optimal performance.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain proper machine function through routine maintenance and troubleshooting.Load raw materials and unload finished parts, ensuring proper handling and identification.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve machining issues.Accurately document production data, inspections, and any deviations from standards.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred.Minimum of 2 years of CNC lathe machining experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to work swing shift, including overtime as needed.What We Offer:Competitive hourly wage. $28-$38 DOE.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.The chance to contribute to a company that values craftsmanship, innovation, and continuous improvement.Legacy Talent Search is an equal opportunity employer.
