Careers At The Club at Kukui'ula The Food & Beverage Manager leads the daily execution of Food & Beverage operations while ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for Kukui‘ula members and guests. This hands‑on leadership role oversees Food & Beverage service staff and Shift Coordinators, maintains a visible presence on the floor, and ensures consistent service, operational, safety, and hospitality standards across all outlets and events. The Food & Beverage Manager serves as Manager on Duty (MOD), supports staffing and labor needs, coaches and develops team members, oversees POS and closing procedures, assists with inventory and cost controls, supports events, and responds effectively to member and guest needs. The ideal candidate is a confident, service-focused hospitality leader with strong communication, organization, accountability, and problem‑solving skills. Qualifications Previous Food & Beverage leadership or supervisory experience. Luxury hospitality, resort, restaurant, or private-club experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service and hospitality standards. Ability to coach, develop, motivate, and hold employees accountable. Strong member and guest service and service‑recovery skills. Working knowledge of POS systems, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. Strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Professional, positive, and service‑focused approach. Requirements Valid Hawaii Liquor Manager’s Blue and Red card Valid Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain one Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Must be able to serve as Manager on Duty for assigned shifts and events. Must be able to follow and enforce applicable health, safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and Club standards. Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and compliance Salary Range $70,000 to $85,000 USD per year We are not a team because we work together.
