What You ll Do:

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four hospitals.
• Attend deliveries (no transport required).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Function with high autonomy supported by in-house coverage and on-call backup.
• Participate in a team-oriented, collegial environment committed to excellence in neonatal care.
• Maintain high standards aligned with Pediatrix s mission.

What You Need:

• Florida Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal specialization
• 2+ years of Neonatal NP experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to reside in the local area (relocation may be required)
