What You ll Do:

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across four major hospitals
• Attend deliveries without transport responsibilities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function with autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call backup
• Contribute to a high-standard neonatal care environment in a dynamic and collegial team
• Maintain compliance and best practices in neonatal patient care

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida or ability to obtain
• Neonatal or pediatric practice experience (minimum required)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
• Ability to work independently with high professionalism
• Willingness to work flexible extended shifts and participate in team collaboration
