Neurodevelopmental Programme Manager

Salary Band: £33,000 – £38,000 FTE per annum Full Time Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent About the role ONSIDE is launching an innovative new Neurodevelopmental (ND) Service across Herefordshire & Worcestershire, providing early intervention, practical support and emotional wellbeing services for children and young people aged 0–25 years and their families. Our vision is to create a neuro-affirming, person-centred service that empowers children, young people and families to understand and embrace neurodivergence, build on their strengths and access the right support at the right time. As Programme Manager , you will lead and inspire a passionate team of professionals delivering high-quality, relationship-based wellbeing support. You will provide day-to-day line management, supervision and guidance, while championing staff development, reflective practice and continuous professional development (CPD). Who are we looking for?
