We are a proud affiliate of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, part of a network of more than 600 health centers across the country committed to providing equitable, patient-centered care.What You'll DoAs an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC), you'll join a dedicated and skilled team providing inclusive, high-quality sexual and reproductive health services. You will:Provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care, including contraception, STI care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, abortion care, and preventive servicesConduct patient exams, procedures, and obtain informed consentInterpret lab data, prescribe treatments, and ensure follow-up careOffer medication abortion services and, depending on clinic needs, perform ultrasound, colposcopy, biopsies, and potentially LEEPConduct preconception and menopause counselingEducate patients and supervise unlicensed staff during sessionsMaintain accurate documentation and participate in clinical auditsAt PPLM, APCs are critical team members who help shape our clinical environments and foster a strong culture of teamwork, learning, and excellence.Qualifications2+ years of clinical experience preferredMaster's or Doctorate degree and current MA licensure as NP, CNM, or PA; CPR certifiedStrong commitment to providing the full range of sexual and reproductive health care; prior experience welcomed but not requiredProficiency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Brazilian Portuguese highly preferredExcellent interpersonal skills and dedication to health equityFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to stay active throughout shiftsWhy Work With UsInclusive Workforce: We're actively building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.Leadership Opportunities: We believe in mentorship, professional growth, and supporting underrepresented clinicians in advancing their careers.Impact-Driven Culture: Be part of a mission-centered team that's reshaping health care from the inside out.$53 - $55 an hour Note: Compensation and union affiliation may vary based on experience.
