Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited for each client.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear and achievable therapeutic goals, and consistently track and document their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Ensure maintenance of ethical and regulatory standards by meticulously documenting all client interactions and treatment plans within our confidential electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular professional development activities, such as workshops and webinars, to enhance your skills and stay informed about the latest trends in mental health practices.

• Utilize teletherapy tools that enable remote engagement, ensuring access for clients with transportation or mobility challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in Massachusetts as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in a related mental health discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
