In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, referral sources, vendors, and staff while managing high-volume inbound calls and ensuring accurate call routing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment while supporting smooth communication across multiple branches./ph3Qualifications/h3pQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/liliPrevious experience in a receptionist, call center, customer service, or healthcare support role preferred/liliExperience in home health, healthcare, or multi-site medical office environments preferred/liliStrong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette/liliAbility to manage high-volume inbound calls and multiple phone lines efficiently/liliStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy/liliProficiency with basic computer systems, Microsoft Office, and phone software/liliAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment/liliFamiliarity with healthcare terminology preferred/liliAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English/li/ulh3Essential Functions:/h3ulliAnswer and manage high-volume inbound phone calls for multiple home health branch locations/liliIdentify the correct branch location and route calls to the appropriate department or team member/liliTransfer calls accurately to clinical, scheduling, intake, billing, administrative, or operational staff/liliTake detailed and accurate phone messages and ensure timely delivery and follow-up/liliEscalate urgent or time-sensitive calls according to established protocols/liliProvide professional, courteous, and compassionate communication to patients, caregivers, referral sources, and vendors/liliMaintain a positive and professional representation of the organization across all branch locations/liliHandle difficult or emotional calls with professionalism and empathy/liliFollow standardized call handling and routing procedures to support operational consistency/liliMaintain awareness of staff schedules, department contacts, and branch coverage needs/liliDocument call notes, messages, and communications accurately when required/liliSupport office operations and general administrative tasks as assigned/liliPromote efficient communication and workflow between branches and departments/li/ulpstrongWe are an Equal opportunity employer; We offer an excellent benefit plan to include 401K with match, CEU reimbursement, vacation, sick, holidays, medical, dental, and supplemental insurance Plans as well as a Highly competitive compensation package./strong/ppDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion are at the heart of Cantex.
