Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand each client's mental health status, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and measurable outcomes, tailor interventions to meet clients' unique challenges.
• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques designed to enhance coping skills and promote psychological growth.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and updates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health to apply relevant techniques effectively, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Advocate for clients' rights, connecting them to essential community resources and services to ensure their continued mental wellness.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing insights and learning from peers to advance collective expertise in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults, experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse clientele allows you to apply your skills in a meaningful way, directly contributing to their journey toward recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Professional Counseling (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• A strong commitment to ethical and culturally competent mental health practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently, exercising sound judgment, and collaboratively within a supportive team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health therapy.
• Experience in telehealth environments and proficiency with various digital communication tools and platforms.
• Background in managing a diverse caseload and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
