Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health conditions and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and occasional group therapy when appropriate, ensuring clients engage with therapeutic methodologies designed to promote healing.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care and support for each client.
• Educate and involve family members in the treatment process, fostering a supportive environment for the client's recovery.
• Keep accurate therapy records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a broad client base, serving individuals from diverse backgrounds who seek assistance with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Possess specialized training or significant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in psychotherapy techniques.
