Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and understand the mental health concerns of your clients and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly evaluate progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide accessible teletherapy sessions to ensure care is available to clients who may face mobility or travel challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population with varying mental health needs, including those facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach, displaying understanding and support for clients' unique experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities for managing caseloads effectively and balancing administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
