Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to deliver tailored individual therapy sessions, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Regularly set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients facing transportation or scheduling challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines, facilitating quality control and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse clientele, composed of adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues such as stress, relationship difficulties, emotional distress, and psychiatric conditions. Your role as a licensed therapist will involve understanding each client's unique circumstances and delivering therapeutic support that fosters healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for building rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are vital for successful therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain an efficient workflow.

Preferred Experience

At least two years of experience in a clinical mental health counseling setting is required. Experience with telehealth platforms or remote therapy is preferred as we aim to provide our services in the most accessible manner possible.

Compensation and Benefits
