Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, facilitating a professional yet empathetic therapeutic environment.
• Encourage clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, guiding them in discussing significant life events and emotions.
• Assist clients in formulating and reaching their therapeutic goals by developing personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess client progress throughout the duration of treatment, adjusting goals and strategies as necessary.
• Advise clients on effective coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to support their mental health journey.
• Quickly build rapport and trustworthy relationships with clients, focusing on their specific needs and preferences.
• Engage in minimal administrative tasks such as documentation and session notes while the organization handles client scheduling, billing, and other administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must possess a full license to practice independently, such as:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Psychologist
• Licensed Psychoanalyst
• Effective communication skills and the ability to exhibit strong interpersonal connections with clients.

Preferred Experience
