Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments with patients to evaluate their mental health status and therapeutic needs using standardized assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique challenges, incorporating evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions and support clients through regular check-ins, offering coping strategies and tools for managing their mental health issues.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, creating a comprehensive support network that may include psychiatrists or medical practitioners.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in periodic case reviews with the multidisciplinary team to assess progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a diverse array of clients who may present with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid clinical license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a proven track record of effective patient outcomes.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with contemporary treatment modalities.
• Proficient in utilizing EHR systems for documentation and treatment planning efforts.
• Ability to apply crisis intervention techniques effectively and remain composed in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
