Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate clients' feedback and goals.
• Utilize telehealth technology to conduct sessions, ensuring a secure and confidential environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care and support overall treatment goals.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss case management and professional development.
• Stay current with best practices in mental health therapy and integrate new methodologies into client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in a mental health-related field.
• Active California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or the ability to obtain licensure.
• Proven experience providing therapeutic services to a variety of populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Commitment to providing affirming and culturally sensitive care that meets clients' unique needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in practicing therapeutic methodologies.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Experience with evidence-based practices and treatment frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
