The Virginia Office of the Attorney General seeks an Assistant Attorney General II to represent the Commonwealth in litigation involving involuntary civil commitment of sexually violent predators. Responsibilities include preparing pleadings, conducting discovery, performing legal research, and litigating hearings in circuit courts across the Commonwealth.
