THE BASICS
Pay :
- $25–$55/hour (experience-driven)
Schedule :
- Monday–Friday | day & evening shifts available
- On-call required
- Overtime available
- Daily onsite assignments

YOUR DAY AS OUR GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECH
No two days are the same, and that's exactly the point.
You'll tackle:
- General facility maintenance
- Custom welding and fabrication
- Tile and flooring installs
- Sheetrock repairs, paint, and patching
- Customer-facing service interactions
- Independent job execution with minimal supervision
Occasionally, you'll join forces with other skilled trades on larger projects, bringing multiple expertise areas together.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECH
- 5+ years in carpentry
- 3+ years in general maintenance/handyman roles
- 3+ years in painting/patching
Preferred:
- Tile installation experience
- Flooring expertise
- Commercial facility repair background
