Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Specialist to lead and scale the Wellmade brand. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build, own, and evolve the marketing function from the ground up, shaping both brand direction and go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities: Partner with executive leadership to define and execute a long-term brand and marketing strategy. Lead implementation and optimization of tools including but not limited to Calendly, Zapier, Buffer, Supermetrics, or similar CRM/marketing platforms. Define KPIs and build reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and ROI. Develop structured email marketing programs, including segmentation, templates, automation, and lifecycle strategies. Oversee implementations alongside the Systems Lead including automation tools, analytics platforms, and backend systems. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Systems, Digital Marketing, Branding, or related fields, with demonstrated ownership of initiatives. Experience building or scaling marketing programs, systems, or functions from early stages. Strong understanding of marketing technology, automation, and backend systems. Experience with email marketing strategy, campaign development, and lifecycle automation. Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Zapier, Buffer, Calendly, or similar platforms. Experience supporting or leading software implementations and tool integrations.
