How You Will Make an Impact
- Welcome & Guide: Serve as the friendly first point of contact, helping patients navigate intake forms and digital check-ins.
- Streamline Operations: Manage multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and conduct insurance verifications (PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal, Medicare).
- Deliver Clinical Care: Step into the back office to prep treatment rooms, take vitals, document notes in the EMR, and assist physicians during procedures.
- Financial Care: Securely process co-pays and payment details.
What You Bring to the Team
- Certification: Active Medical Assistant Certificate.
- Safety First: Current CPR/First Aid card and a negative TB test.
- Language Skills: Fluent English, plus professional fluency in either Farsi or Spanish .
- Experience: 1+ years of medical reception or MA experience preferred. Comfort with EMR software (eClinicalWorks is a plus).

Cómo causará un impacto
- Dar la bienvenida y guiar: Actuar como el primer punto de contacto amable, ayudando a los pacientes con los formularios de ingreso y registros digitales.
- Optimizar las operaciones: Administrar líneas telefónicas múltiples, programar citas y realizar verificaciones de seguros (PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal, Medicare).
- Brindar atención clínica: Trabajar en el área clínica para preparar las salas de tratamiento, tomar signos vitales, registrar notas en el sistema EMR y asistir a los médicos durante los procedimientos.
- Gestión financiera: Procesar de forma segura los copagos y los detalles de pago.
Lo que aporta al equipo
- Certificación: Certificado activo de Asistente Médico (Medical Assistant Certificate).
- Seguridad ante todo: Tarjeta vigente de RCP/Primeros Auxilios y prueba de tuberculosis (TB) negativa.
- Idiomas: Inglés fluido, además de fluidez profesional en español o farsi .
- Experiencia: Se prefiere más de 1 año de experiencia en recepción médica o como asistente médico. Comodidad con software EMR (eClinicalWorks es una gran ventaja).

نقش و تاثیرگذاری شما در کلینیک
- استقبال و راهنمایی: به عنوان اولین نقطه ارتباطی صمیمی، به بیماران در تکمیل فرمهای پذیرش و ثبت اطلاعات دیجیتال کمک میکنید.
- بهینهسازی امور اداری: مدیریت تلفنهای چندخطی، نوبتدهی به بیماران و تایید و بررسی انواع بیمهها (PPO، HMO، Medi-Cal، Medicare) را انجام میدهید.
- ارائه خدمات بالینی: در بخش داخلی کلینیک به آمادهسازی اتاقهای درمان، سنجش علائم حیاتی، ثبت پروندهها در سیستم EMR و دستیاری پزشکان در طول معاینات و درمانها میپردازید.
- امور مالی: فرآیند دریافت فرانشیز (Co-pay) و جزئیات پرداختها را به صورت امن مدیریت میکنید.
شرایط و مهارتهای مورد نیاز
- مدرک تحصیلی: داشتن گواهینامه فعال دستیار پزشک (Medical Assistant Certificate).
- ایمنی و سلامت: داشتن کارت معتبر CPR/کمکهای اولیه و نتیجه منفی تست سل (TB).
- مهارتهای زبانی: تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی، به همراه تسلط حرفهای به زبان فارسی یا اسپانیایی .
- سابقه کار: ترجیحاً بیش از ۱ سال سابقه کار در بخش پذیرش پزشکی یا دستیاری پزشک. آشنایی با نرمافزارهای EMR (آشنایی با eClinicalWorks یک امتیاز بزرگ محسوب میشود).
