If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Samsung Summary Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to report directly to the Head of Marketing. This role will lead strategies and initiatives that enhance the Samsung brand experience through integrated brand messaging, corporate marketing programs, and year-round marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing, cross-functional project management, and partnership execution, with a proven ability to drive business results through collaborative campaign management. Key Responsibilities Brand & Global Campaign Management Develop and execute campaign strategies that drive business results across owned and paid marketing channels. Partner with Global Marketing Operations (GMO) teams to align on product priorities, timelines, and creative assets. Collaborate with cross-functional product teams (Lines of Business/X-Category teams) to identify featured products and promotions. Coordinate with channel teams, including CRM, Performance Marketing, Organic Social, and Communications, to ensure successful campaign execution. Work closely with internal design teams and external agencies to localize and finalize campaign toolkits. Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication Prepare and present marketing content, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations to support organizational decision-making. Own and communicate the annual Brand Marketing Calendar. Lead recurring cross-functional meetings with channel, eCommerce, and business teams to provide updates on corporate marketing initiatives and Samsung.com activities. Partner with the Samsung.com CX/UX team to launch and optimize campaigns throughout the year. Monitor campaign performance in real time, including daily reporting, optimization recommendations, and issue escalation. Coordinate campaign messaging and promotional offers with eCommerce teams to ensure alignment and maximize results. Corporate Partnerships Manage relationships with external partners and oversee the execution of Samsung partnership programs. Ensure all partnership commitments are delivered according to contractual agreements. Coordinate creative executions across business units for partnership-related advertising opportunities, including venue and event activations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, and Project Management. Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing campaigns. Strong experience working with external partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe tools. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing enterprise-level brand campaigns and integrated marketing programs. Background in consumer electronics, retail, eCommerce, or technology industries. Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance data to drive optimization and business decisions.
