Are you an organized individual that pays attention to detail? If you answered yes, we want to talk to you! We are looking for a Body Shop office assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Scan all documents (deal jackets, repair orders, part slips, etc.)
• Answer telephones
• Cash out customers, and process deposits for sales dept.
• Assist Body Shop Manager and Estimator
• Place order for office supplies on a monthly basis
• Assist with other administrative responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Automotive experience
• A positive attitude
• Exceptional written & oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
