This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying active, and being part of a team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Operating production equipment such as grinders, chippers, and atomizers — training providedMonitoring equipment and production processes to keep operations running safely and efficientlyTaking measurements and making adjustments to ensure products meet quality standardsFollowing established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirementsPerforming basic equipment troubleshooting and communicating issues to Team Leaders or MaintenanceCompleting production logs and material records accuratelyKeeping your work area clean, safe, and organizedAssisting with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activitiesSafely handling materials in a regulated manufacturing environmentWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need to know our equipment on day one — we'll train you. We're looking for dependable, safety-minded people who are willing to learn and work as part of a team.
