Pikes Peak Indian Motorcycle is actively seeking an experienced service writer/parts associate to join our growing team. We are a family-owned dealer who services Indian and Harley Davidson motorcycles. As a family-owned business, respect and teamwork are critical values we hold close, as we continue to grow with our employees and customers alike. Ambitious and qualified service writers can make up to $60,000-$100,000/year with parts sales and service. Effective communication between technicians, sales team, customers, and managers is crucial to success. Our dealership achieved #1 in the state and region for new Indian motorcycle sales in 2021, which we take great pride in and look forward to growing even more in the coming year.

This is a Commission based job.  

Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Scheduling service and maintenance

· Recording customer and vehicle information

· Managing and resolving customer concerns

· Obtaining and organizing maintenance records and warranty information

· Upselling products and services

· Going over all repairs and costs with customer

· Parts sales

Qualifications:

· Experience preferred

· Excellent communication skills

· Time management

· Willingness to work with and collaborate with employees

· Detail oriented

· Takes pride in work and job duties

· Able to multitask with completing tasks quickly and efficiently

· Must have motorcycle endorsement
