Job Function An individual contributor on the marketing team responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives with a primary focus on marketing automation, email marketing campaign development, and digital lead generation. This role supports demand generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement through data‑driven digital campaigns while working closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives. Essential Functions Marketing Automation & Email Campaign Management: Develop, build, and manage automated marketing programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs. Plan and execute email campaigns, managing segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance optimization. Digital Campaign Execution & Lead Generation: Support digital lead acquisition through paid search, paid social, landing pages, and integrated content campaigns. Coordinate the development and deployment of campaign landing pages, forms, and digital assets. Campaign Analytics, Optimization & Database Management: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and maintain database quality through segmentation and list hygiene. Sales Alignment & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product management, and external partners to align campaigns, lead routing, and reporting with sales objectives. Content Development & Thought Leadership Support: Develop content marketing projects and support writing of blogs, articles, and case studies. Industry Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights. Agency & Partner Management: Maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners. Brand Management: Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications, maintaining compliance with brand standards. Additional Responsibilities Limited travel may be required for sales meetings or marketing events. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or campaign management. Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns and automation workflows. Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or similar platforms preferred. General understanding of business‑to‑business marketing practices. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign performance data. Strong copywriting and copy‑editing skills. Organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Entrepreneurial creative mindset with problem‑solving capability. Excellent communication, collaboration, and computer skills. Strong work ethic; dependable and trustworthy. Requires valid driver’s license and must be insurable.
