We are unable to sponsor at this timeRequirementsCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certificationExpertise in ARROW reservation systems, SAP, Ariba, POS, e-commerce platformsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and SharePoint 2010Minimum of five years managing complex projectsProven experience in business case development, requirements gathering, and acceptance criteria formulationStrong leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lead workshops and stakeholder collaborationResponsibilitiesLead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirementsCollaborate with business units to align IT solutions with business strategiesConduct feasibility studies and present business casesDevelop and maintain documentation (Business Requirements Documents, Process Flows, etc.)Assist in vendor selection and procurementManage project prioritization and assess business needsEnsure quality assurance and review testing processesDevelop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Investigate, resolve, and escalate project issues as neededMonitor performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and SLA adherence
