Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing warm rotisserie chicken. They also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available. They juggle tasks while helping members with bakery orders, and their smile contributes to a great shopping experience. What You Will Do Prepare fresh food items daily by following recipes and ensuring high‑quality products are available in the prepared foods area. Wrap, label, and store merchandise to guarantee members receive the freshest items. Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food products. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies, properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. Mitigate challenges by working collaboratively and providing member‑centric solutions. Ensure high‑temperature control standards and eliminate waste while guiding peers and providing attention to customer needs. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment while adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, including hand‑held technology for production, training, and product quality decisions. Provide a strong sense of ownership, managing high exposure and expectations while assisting customers according to company policies and procedures. Advocate for the department, modeling high‑quality service and products, and execute basics at the highest possible level of quality. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments and priorities using policy, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners. Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, and communicate progress and opportunities for improvement. Key Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
