Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify movement dysfunctions, including detailed physical assessments. Design and implement targeted treatment strategies tailored to each patient's goals, using evidence-based therapeutic practices. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, including treatment plans and progress notes, in accordance with clinic protocols and billing requirements. Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals—including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff—to optimize patient outcomes. Achieve and maintain clinical productivity benchmarks while staying abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy. Engage in regular team meetings, participate in in-service training sessions, and contribute to program development efforts to enhance service delivery. Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment, including managing and maintaining therapy equipment and supplies. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily involves working with patients dealing with orthopedic issues such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will be instrumental in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, providing care that significantly impacts their recovery and quality of life. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. An active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure. A strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care with a team-oriented mindset. Basic proficiency in WebPT or other electronic medical record (EMR) systems would be beneficial. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required. Experience with individualized treatment planning and therapeutic interventions specific to orthopedic rehabilitation. Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and an eagerness to engage in professional development. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
