Senior Technical Account Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a trusted technical partner for key customer accounts, helping ensure a strong experience across implementation, issue resolution, and ongoing support. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams to address complex challenges quickly and effectively. Success in this role will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account health.
