Automotive Sales Manager

Napleton Beaver Dam CDJR is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Beaver Dam, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that our sales targets are met. • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales plans accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with automotive sales or experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
