Napleton Beaver Dam Chevrolet Buick GMC, part of the Napleton Automotive Group, is looking for a motivated, sales-driven BDC Representative to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internet, phone, and chat sales leads
• Make outbound calls to prospective and past customers to generate and schedule sales appointments
• Follow up on sales leads and unsold showroom traffic using the dealership's CRM
• Confirm scheduled sales appointments in advance to reduce no-shows
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment-set and appointment-show goals
• Deliver a warm, professional experience on every call or message
• Hand off qualified, well-prepared appointments smoothly to the sales team
• Stay current on dealership inventory, incentives, and sales promotions

What We’re Looking For

• No prior experience necessary — we'll train the right candidate; prior BDC, call center, or sales experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and coachable
• Basic computer skills; comfortable learning CRM and dealership software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule
Full-time; must be available to work some evenings and weekends based on dealership hours.
